Log into
the NIC Learn Center
Previous Users and New Users: Everyone is considered a "new user" and you will need to establish a NEW user account.
How to apply for an account:
Click the "Click here to register" link under New User on the NIC Learn Center sign-in page. Create your new account by filling in the account information under Contact Information, Employeee Information, and Preferences sections. Then click submit.
Once you apply for an account, your application will be reviewed within 3 business days. If you are approved, you will recieve an email from noreply-scp-cre@sapns2.us notifying you of your new account.
The instructions will guide you through the process of setting up your user account. You will be required to setup a 16-character password and use 2-factor authentication.
From this point on, you will click the "Sign In" link each time you visit the NIC Learn Center
